Spay/Neuter Assistance Program
The Rhode Island Veterinary Medical Association has developed a special program to help low-income pet owners afford the cost of spaying or neutering their cats or dogs.
Through this program, eligible pet owners can receive a discounted rate on spay or neuter surgery at participating veterinary hospitals and clinics throughout Rhode Island and nearby Massachusetts.
Please note that the Rhode Island VMA is not a veterinary clinic. If you are eligible to receive assistance, you will receive a list of participating hospitals and clinics along with your acceptance via the mail.
