Exhibitor Booths

Exhibitor booths are available on a first come first served basis. The Exhibitor Hall will be open on Wednesday, December 3 and Thursday, December 4  from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm. RIVMA requests that exhibitors wait until after the 3:00 PM break on Thursday to begin dismantling their booths.

All booths include one 6' table (covered), two chairs and an electrical outlet.

Set-Up: Exhibitors may begin set up at 4 pm on Tuesday, December 2. Please note that if you arrive prior to 4 pm on December 2, you may be unable to access your booth due to other events/activities that are taking place at the Marriott. If you prefer to set up your table on Wednesday, December 3, the exhibit hall will be open at 7 am. Attendees arrive between 7:45 am - 8:30 am and lectures begin at 8:30 am.

Continental breakfast and AM/PM breaks on Wednesday and Thursday are included for (2) reps with booth purchase. Lunch is not provided.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Any registered exhibitor booth canceled prior to October 31, 2025 will be subject to a $100 service charge. Cancellations after Friday, October 31, 2025 will forfeit the full booth registration fee.
