Exhibitor Booths

Exhibitor Booths are SOLD OUT. If you would like to be added to a waitlist to be notified if a booth comes available, please reach out to us at info@rivma.org. 

Booths will be open from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm on Wednesday, December 4 and Thursday, December 5. RIVMA requests that exhibitors wait until after the 3:00 PM break on Thursday to begin dismantling their booths.

All booths include one 6' table (covered), two chairs and an electrical outlet.

Set-Up: Exhibitors may begin set up at 4 pm on Tuesday, December 3. Please note that if you arrive prior to 4 pm on December 3, you may be unable to access your booth due to other events/activities that are taking place at the Marriott. If you prefer to set up your table on Wednesday, December 4, the exhibit hall will be open at 7 am. Attendees arrive between 7:45 am - 8:30 am and lectures begin at 8:30 am.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Any registered exhibitor booth canceled prior to November 1, 2024 will be subject to a $100 service charge. Cancellations after Friday, November 1, 2024 will forfeit the full booth registration fee.
